12-29-05 Tapestry (Thursday)

Wow, nothing like coming home through a blizzard. Wow, we also learned the coolest move in the world! If anyone wants to learn it me and Grace almost have it perfected and we would love to show it off =)=)=). People that showed up (Bill, Grace, Jessica and me(Sam)) Pictures will take about 2 weeks for me to post because I am going to Colorado.

We will be leaving at 5:45 at Bill's house on 4th ave. If you need directions just let me know. Again we will be going to the Tapestry and the numbers are pretty close. Note, check out www.minnesotalindy.com for a great group of lindy dancers that are more then down for helping out everyone.

Today I plan on going one last time before heading to Colorado. Again, leave a comment if you plan on going. We will be leaving at 5:45 at a to be determined location. Since Wishart will be in Colorado we will not be leaving from his place.

12-27 7-10PM Lindy Workship (Tuesday)

Well, me and Brandon ended up getting up there an hour late, but boy did we learn a lot!!!! It was by far one of the best lessons that I have ever had. It again made me realize that I have a LONG way to go.

Jenni might meet up with us and Brandon is going now.

I found someplace up in the cities that has a workshop tonight that I plan on going to. Minnesotalindy.com has the information. It does cost $20 so its kinda pricy but I really want to learn as much as I can. Let me know if anyone else is interested in going.

Thursday - Caves 12/22/05 (leaving at 5:45 at Aaron's)

Well, Jen and Brianna just bailed (4:45) so I think it might be called off this week. I am going both times next week (no matter who all comes).

A new location is gonna take place. We will be going up to the caves instead of the tapestry. Well, we've had a couple more girls back out, so it looks like we need just 1 more girl to even it out. We are still a go though.
As soon as I hear from people I will remove the question marks. Also, I am going to create a new site for pictures because it sucks adding them all to this site. Expect to see that before the new year. Plan on leaving by 5:45.

Braved the Snow

****UPDATE***** Since Grace brought up her toe, can anyone guess what feet are hers!




Well, we braved the snow last night and 9 of us made it up for dancing. We had some quality people back out, but they obviously wheren't as quality as the people we got to go up. Here are the people that showed up:

Thursday Swing in the Cities (12-15-05)

****UPDATE****
For those that want to go to the Caves with me and Aaron I believe we have room for 2 more. Grace has called one of the spots. Our vehicle will probably go to the tapistry afterwards! Also, Kris Wagner will be coming up also and wants to go to the Tapestry. In all honesty I would say that everyone might just end up at the caves first since it is not beginner lessons at the Tapestry. Again, after I talk to Tim at 3 I will write more.

That's right, we already have a good group of people going. Right now Me, Aaron, Jen, and Brianna are heading to the caves and Tim, Brandon, Porcha (sp), Kristen, Eric(k), Grace are going to either the Tapestry or the Caves. I will update this later today with where everyone is going.

Right now me and Aaron are leaving by 5:30 and everyone else is to meet at the AO Truckstop at 5:30. If you have any questions then call me or Tim.

I also plan on getting a camera today and bringing it up. I will post pictures after every event!

UPDATE! Youth group is a go so I will not be able to leave until 9:30-9:45. If you want to be able to add to this site just let me know and I will see what I can do.

That is right, this might be the last time going dancing around the area until early next year. If the youth group christmas party is called off then I will be able to make the whole thing. If not then I will only make the last hour. I'll update this site around 2 or 3 to keep people updated. Since no one knows about this site I will have to wait on comments for a later time! Have a most excellent snow filled day!
